We start by looking at what already works. Pages that bring enquiries should not disappear. Addresses that other sites link to should forward to the new page, so you do not drop visitors or lose what Google already understands.
The visual redesign is the obvious part. The useful part is the edit: fewer competing messages, a contact path that works, services written out properly, and a build that does not depend on a pile of plugins to stay online.
Bring the logins, a rough idea of what you like, and anything you know customers ask on the phone. That last list is often the best brief a redesign can have.
A good fit if you are
- Sites that look dated next to the business you run now
- WordPress or builder sites that have become slow or fragile
- Businesses that rank a little already and do not want to start from zero
